Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will lead moderately complex technical initiatives, contributing to large-scale strategic planning. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of software solutions, including upgrades and deployments.
Key responsibilities include: * Designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. * Building and optimizing event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka. * Developing cloud-native applications adhering to best practices for scalability, resiliency, and observability. * Applying advanced Java concepts such as multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business requirements. * Troubleshooting production issues and improving system reliability and performance.
We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a focus on quality and reliability. Experience with client onboarding systems, KYC, AML, or Enterprise Integration platforms is a plus. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (OCP) is also beneficial.
