As a Senior Software Engineer on the Solera Fleet Platform team in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in designing and developing our next-generation platform. You'll focus on building scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with product, QA, and technical teams, contribute to test strategies and release planning, and proactively address systemic issues. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving performance and stability challenges, documenting technical specifications, and leading technical decision-making. You will also actively contribute to the codebase, mentor junior engineers, and conduct code reviews. We seek individuals with a strong understanding of distributed systems and a passion for creating robust, observable, and well-logged applications.
