Accenture is seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, develop solutions aligned with business objectives, and ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability. This position requires a strong understanding of application design principles and best practices, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience integrating third-party services and APIs is also essential. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for team decisions, providing solutions to complex problems, and facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities. You will monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of application features. Minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites is required, along with a 15-year full-time education.
