Accenture is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, configure, and enhance ECP solutions, leveraging AI co-pilots to accelerate tasks such as requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing ECP for payroll processes, including pay components, off-cycle processes, gross-to-net calculations, and retroactivity. You will utilize AI co-pilots to generate specifications, configuration notes, and testing scenarios. The role also involves supporting the full delivery cycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live stabilization and ensuring seamless integration with SAP modules like Employee Central (EC), Time Management, and HRIS Sync.
You will perform payroll simulations, validations, and error diagnostics, benefiting from AI-assisted tools. A key aspect of this role is integrating pre-built AI services for tasks like anomaly detection and payroll run summarization. You will ensure compliance with payroll regulations and data privacy laws, collaborating with HR, finance, and technical teams.
This position requires a strong foundation in SAP Payroll (ECP and/or SAP HCM Payroll), including PCRs, schemas, wage types, retrocalculations, and payroll posting to finance (FI/CO). Practical experience with AI co-pilots and LLM-based tools for analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting is essential. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a continuous learning mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and 15 years of full-time education are required.
