Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, build, and configure SAP CRM Sales applications. This role leverages AI copilots and pre-built AI services to accelerate development, enhance sales processes, and boost efficiency. You will optimize SAP CRM Sales functions, including opportunity and pipeline management, lead and territory management, and quotation and order capture. Your responsibilities will involve integrating CRM with ECC/S4, third-party sales platforms, and middleware, while utilizing AI copilots for tasks such as functional specification generation, test case automation, and requirement summarization. You will apply pre-built AI capabilities for lead scoring, customer interaction summarization, and ticket classification, and use LLM-assisted troubleshooting. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP CRM Sales, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and the ability to embed pre-built AI services into CRM workflows. A 15-year full-time education is required.
