Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to design, code, and enhance SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) components. This role leverages modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will configure and optimize SAP SD processes including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Crucially, you will utilize AI copilots and AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirement analysis, functional specifications, test case generation, documentation, and troubleshooting. This position focuses on delivering efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions and improving productivity through AI-enabled assistance, rather than deep AI model development.
Key responsibilities include SAP SD functional and technical delivery, supporting end-to-end implementation cycles, and integrating SD with other SAP modules and external systems via standard APIs and middleware. You will apply AI-enabled tools to enhance process analysis, diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is essential. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders. A 15-year full-time education is required. Familiarity with middleware like CPI/Boomi, EDI/IDoc integrations, and automation testing tools is beneficial.
