Accenture is seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer with a strong proficiency in the Japanese language for our Pune, Maharashtra office. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop application features, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. This position requires at least 5 years of experience, a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, and familiarity with database management and integration techniques. Experience with Java Enterprise Edition is a plus. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be expected to lead and mentor your team, make critical decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams to provide effective solutions. You will also contribute to knowledge sharing and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
