Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow AI Developer to design, code, and enhance custom software solutions, focusing on AI-enabled features within the ServiceNow platform. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Key responsibilities include developing AI features using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and AI Search through App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. You will implement agentic patterns for workflow automation, author prompts and evaluators, and contribute to RAG strategies and testing. Collaboration within agile pods, participation in sprints, and adherence to secure engineering practices are essential. A strong foundation in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow platform development is required, along with familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications. Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts is beneficial. We value a curious and adaptable mindset, strong collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
