Your expertise in Contact Center Technology Implementation will be crucial. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, experience with modern programming languages and frameworks, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. You will actively participate in team discussions, contribute to problem-solving, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. Code reviews and adherence to best practices are expected. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation. A strong foundation in Contact Center Technology Capabilities is beneficial. We require a candidate with 15 years of full-time education.
