Accenture is seeking a talented SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in SAP for Insurance Policy Management (FS-PM) to join our team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions to meet specific business needs within the insurance sector. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing applications.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing custom software solutions, coding and enhancing system components, and actively participating in team discussions and problem-solving. You will be expected to become a subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to technical documentation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Key technical skills required include strong proficiency in SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, ABAP on HANA, Enhancement Framework, PBT, IFBC, PMG, and ADT (Eclipse). You will manage and configure SAP FS-PM components such as PMG, IFBC, TMF, Correspondence, BTx/BTS customizing, insured objects, master policies, and co-insurance templates. Experience in designing and implementing integrations between SAP FS-PM and downstream systems is essential. A solid understanding of core insurance processes, including product management and underwriting, is also required.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP for Insurance Policy Management (FS-PM). A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
