About the Job
Accenture is seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Cloud Developer to design, code, and enhance custom software solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ABAP Environment. You will leverage modern frameworks like ABAP RAP and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement enterprise-grade OData services (V2/V4) using the ABAP RAP framework for seamless SAP S/4HANA communication.
- Define and implement robust business objects using Behavior Definitions (BDEF) and Behavior Implementations (BP) for transactional logic.
- Architect complex data models using ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) with annotations to support Fiori Elements.
- Apply ABAP Cloud principles for side-by-side or developer extensibility solutions on SAP BTP ABAP Environment (Steampunk).
- Implement asynchronous communication using Business Events and integrate external APIs for hybrid workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components.
- Document development processes and solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
