Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Edge AI Developer Tools team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. In this role, you will contribute to developing next-generation technologies that enhance how users interact with information and the world around them. Our team focuses on combining Google's expertise in AI, Software, and Hardware to create innovative solutions that make computing faster, seamless, and more powerful, ultimately aiming to improve people's lives.
You will be responsible for writing and testing product or system development code, participating in and leading design reviews, and reviewing code from peers to ensure adherence to best practices. You will also contribute to documentation, triage and debug product or system issues, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions. This position requires a strong foundation in software development, including full-stack experience and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience with power and performance optimizations, as well as low-level developer tooling concepts, is highly valued.
