Join our E-reader Devices team and contribute to the core operating system of Amazon's innovative E-reader family. You will be instrumental in new device launches, working with our Linux tech stack (C/C++), Kindle Cloud Services, and low-level components that deliver exceptional battery life. As we expand the E-reader line, including devices like the Kindle Scribe that support both reading and note-taking, you'll create value for millions of customers worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the development and integration of new capabilities and features across the Kindle E-reader family.
- Design and develop critical components within the Kindle Cloud Services ecosystem to support evolving product lines and new use cases.
- Collaborate with experienced Amazonians to conceive, design, and implement innovative E-reader components.
- Architect and design secure software solutions to protect customer data.
- Maintain and advance the software stack, staying abreast of the latest advancements in software development.
- Tackle complex problems spanning various technical domains and collaborate with multiple Amazon technical teams.
