JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a talented Software Engineer II to join our Consumer and Community Banking team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. In this role, you will be a key member of an agile team, responsible for designing and delivering secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in cutting-edge AI and data engineering to build trusted, market-leading products that support critical business objectives across various functions.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using Agentic/GenAI frameworks. You'll research and implement advanced prompt and context engineering techniques to optimize Large Language Model (LLM) performance. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data processing pipelines and Data Lakes using Databricks, supporting machine learning operations. Effective communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders is essential. You will utilize a range of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, Step Functions, MSK, EKS, and Data Lake architectures.
As a self-starter, you will independently drive assignments, solve problems, and contribute to the rapid delivery of Proofs of Concept to production. We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, as well as the ability to mentor junior team members.
