JPMorgan Chase is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Consumer and Community Banking team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. In this role, you will be a key member of an agile team, designing and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. You'll develop and implement critical technology solutions across various business functions, focusing on leveraging Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and advanced data engineering techniques.
Responsibilities include: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using Agentic/GenAI frameworks. * Researching and implementing prompt and context engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance. * Designing and building scalable data processing pipelines, data lakes, and workflows using Databricks. * Analyzing data to derive insights and optimize business outcomes. * Developing and maintaining AI agents and LLM orchestration solutions. * Utilizing AWS services (S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, Step Functions, MSK, EKS) and data lake architectures. * Communicating technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders. * Driving assignments to completion and solving complex problems independently.
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and software engineering, coupled with practical experience in Generative AI and large-scale data processing.
