About the Job
Wells Fargo Foundation is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka. In this role, you will contribute to enablement journeys by leading front-end and back-end design and development. You will collaborate with US partner teams and be available according to delivery timelines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in technology initiatives, including installation, upgrades, and deployment.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service quality and availability.
- Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting solutions for various technology projects.
- Analyzing technical challenges and presenting recommendations for resolution.
- Escalating issues as needed to meet service level agreements.
- Developing an understanding of security and compliance requirements within the technology domain.
- Communicating effectively with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and at least 2 years of hands-on development experience in:
- Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Microservices, Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
- Private Cloud (PCF) and Agile methodologies.
- JavaScript frameworks like React JS.
- Tools such as GIT, Maven/Gradle, and JIRA.
- NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Unit, Integration, and Automation Frameworks.
- Implementing and reviewing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as performance optimization, scalability, and reusability.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. This role is open to 2023 pass-outs.
