Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will lead and contribute to moderately complex technical initiatives, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will address technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures, and lead teams to meet client needs. This role involves collaborating with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, acting as an escalation point, and guiding less experienced staff.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. * Contribute to large-scale strategic planning within the technology domain.
**Required Qualifications:** * 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
**Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies like OpenShift and Kubernetes. * Strong knowledge of JVM performance tuning and memory management. * Hands-on experience with MongoDB performance tuning and optimization. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance testing integration. * Experience with service virtualization for performance testing. * Understanding of AI/ML concepts for performance monitoring. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with JIRA and Confluence. * Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
