JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Python AWS Software Engineer to join our CDAO team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. In this role, you will be a key contributor to an agile team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. You will tackle complex technical challenges across various business functions, ensuring our products align with firm-wide objectives. Key responsibilities include executing software solutions, performing technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches, writing secure and high-quality production code, and maintaining algorithms. You will also produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, analyze and visualize large datasets for continuous improvement, and identify proactive solutions to improve coding and system architecture. We encourage contributions to software engineering communities and exploration of emerging technologies. This role requires extensive experience in AWS, Python, Terraform, and Databricks, along with practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability. Proficiency in coding, debugging, and maintaining code within a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages is essential. A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies like CI/CD, application resiliency, and security is required. Demonstrated knowledge of cloud, artificial intelligence, or machine learning is also expected. Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies are preferred.
