In this role, you will be a key contributor to an agile team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. You will tackle critical technology challenges across various business functions, driving the firm's business objectives. Your responsibilities will include executing software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting, often thinking beyond conventional approaches. You will create high-quality, secure production code and maintain algorithms for synchronous system integration. A core part of your role will be producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met. You will also analyze and synthesize data from diverse datasets to drive continuous improvement of software applications and systems, proactively identifying and addressing hidden problems. You will contribute to our software engineering communities of practice and foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
