Avaya is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our Pune, Maharashtra team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and supporting our best-in-class software development processes and tools. Your responsibilities will span module design, coding, debugging, and documentation of application and systems-level programs. You will also conduct systems programming and support activities, ensuring software meets stringent performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. This position involves defining model interfaces for performance simulation, developing module-specific requirements, and designing/modifying network components for communication implementation. You will collaborate with customer and account teams to understand requirements and resolve customer issues. This role operates under general supervision, requiring self-sufficiency in defining objectives and goals, and delivering technical solutions to complex problems.
