Join Chase Bank as a Lead Software Engineer in our Consumer and Community Banking Technology team in Hyderabad. You will play a crucial role in an agile environment, focusing on enhancing, building, and delivering high-quality, secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. As a key technical contributor, you will design, develop, and troubleshoot critical technology solutions across various business functions. This includes writing secure, production-ready code, reviewing and debugging others' work, and identifying opportunities for automation to improve operational stability. You will also lead discussions on architectural designs with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful team culture. We are seeking engineers with practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability, advanced knowledge in Java, and proficiency in automation and continuous delivery. Familiarity with agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security) is essential. Demonstrated experience in areas like cloud, artificial intelligence, or machine learning, along with an understanding of financial services IT systems and cloud-native principles, is highly desirable.
