Icertis, the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, is seeking a talented Cloud Operations Software Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience to join our Pune team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and operational processes. Your primary focus will be ensuring the high availability, scalability, and reliability of our cloud-based systems, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Key responsibilities include: * Maintaining and troubleshooting applications within a cloud environment. * Working extensively with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. * Collaborating effectively with development, DevOps, and security teams to enhance system efficiency. * Maintaining cloud-native applications and services. * Executing Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines for seamless deployment and integration. * Managing cloud environments, including AWS and Azure. * Ensuring compliance with security best practices and organizational policies. * Participating in project-designated shifts and rotational on-call duties for incident response.
