Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Workday reporting and analytics to join our team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will lead moderately complex initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will tackle intricate technical challenges, evaluate new technologies, and resolve issues for existing and potential clients. This position requires collaboration with peers and management to achieve goals, and you will act as a mentor and escalation point for less experienced staff.
Key responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting solutions for Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, scorecards, and Workday Prism Analytics data ingestion and transformations. You will also integrate Workday data with external platforms and leverage your understanding of Workday security domains.
We are looking for individuals with 4+ years of software engineering experience, hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics, and proficiency in Power BI and SQL. Experience in Agile development environments and a strong understanding of relational data models are essential. The ability to work from a designated Wells Fargo office in India, support production releases (including occasional extended hours), and a commitment to continuous learning are also required.
