Software Engineer, Full Stack (.NET & JavaScript)

Join The Wells Fargo Foundation as a Software Engineer in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will contribute to low to moderately complex technology initiatives, focusing on installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts. You will identify opportunities to enhance service quality and availability, and be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting solutions.

This position involves analyzing technical challenges, researching and evaluating options, and presenting recommendations. You will exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of security and compliance requirements within the technology domain. Collaboration with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders is key.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Participate in software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and implement improvements to technology domain services.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to low to medium risk deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, or education.

**Desired Qualifications:**

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and Web API.
• 1+ years of experience applying Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
• 2+ years of experience developing and consuming web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• 1+ years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• 2+ years of experience in relational database design and data modeling.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Strong experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and various testing types (Unit, Integration, API, Performance, Functional).
• 1+ years of experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and remediating application security vulnerabilities and a strong understanding of secure coding practices.
• Well-versed in SDLC processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with US-based partner teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
