Tez CX powers the customer experience for Quick Commerce, serving millions of customers worldwide. With delivery expectations in minutes and near-zero tolerance for defects, ensuring quality at scale is paramount. You will architect and deliver the technical vision for our quality infrastructure, enabling rapid and confident releases.
This role focuses on building systems that entire engineering and QA teams will rely on. You will develop:
- An AI-driven autonomous QA platform for automated test execution, regression catching, and bug filing.
- Self-healing UI automation that adapts to product evolution.
- Cross-marketplace regression infrastructure to validate changes across all programs before deployment.
- Self-serve tooling for load, stress, chaos, and performance testing at production scale.
- Automated quality gates embedded in CI/CD pipelines for comprehensive checks.
- Quality observability dashboards for real-time insights into deployment readiness and release quality.
- Test data pipelines, synthetic data generation, device farms, and on-demand environment provisioning.
You will collaborate closely with Principal Engineers, Senior SDEs, and SDMs to shape and execute the quality strategy. Your role is to be the single-threaded architect and executor, translating strategy into a production-grade platform and driving cross-team adoption. This position is for individuals passionate about building quality infrastructure as a core discipline.
