Nasuni is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Hyderabad team, focusing on building and scaling our Kubernetes platform infrastructure. In this hybrid role (3 days in office), you will be instrumental in defining how applications are deployed, upgraded, scaled, and exposed across production environments. Your focus will be on cluster architecture, deployment standards, and platform reliability, excluding storage or CSI integrations. This is an opportunity for engineers passionate about the intersection of infrastructure design and developer experience to shape how engineering teams build and ship at scale.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and operate highly available Kubernetes clusters.
- Design ingress, service mesh, and load balancing strategies.
- Define and execute Kubernetes upgrade strategies with minimal downtime.
- Establish deployment standards using Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps workflows.
- Lead rollout strategies (canary, blue/green).
- Improve observability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot production issues across networking, orchestration, and runtime layers.
- Establish Kubernetes platform best practices and mentor engineers.
- Leverage AI-assisted tooling for automation and incident resolution.
