In this role, you will lead moderately complex technical initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and be responsible for the design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of projects. You will tackle intricate technical challenges, evaluate new technologies, and resolve issues while guiding less experienced staff. This position requires a solid understanding of the function, policies, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with peers and management to achieve technical goals, acting as an escalation point for projects.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Product Owners for story refinements, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with Wells Fargo Technology standards and modernization strategies. You will adhere to Agile and DevOps practices for efficient delivery, identify and mitigate technology risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies. The role involves adopting and contributing to AI tools to enhance engineering productivity for applications related to post-close automation and loan transfer onboarding.
