Accenture is seeking a skilled Workday Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and enhancing custom software solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable and high-performing applications that address specific business needs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, optimizing applications for performance and usability, and participating in testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Studio and its application design principles. You will work with various Workday modules, including Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Contract to Cash, and utilize integration tools and techniques. We are looking for an individual who can work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
