Accenture is seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing applications. You will be instrumental in creating tailored software that addresses specific business needs, focusing on data transformation, data modeling, and data visualization. Your responsibilities will include developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, optimizing performance, integrating with various data sources, and troubleshooting implementations. We encourage active participation in team discussions, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to maintaining and enhancing existing applications, documenting development processes, and mentoring junior team members. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI is required, along with a 15-year full-time education background.
