Join upliance.ai, a leader in smart cooking companions, as a Manufacturing & Operations Engineer in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our supply chain, inventory, procurement, and warehouse. You will manage operational trackers, documentation, and data systems, supporting procurement activities from vendor sourcing to follow-ups. This position also involves hands-on mechanical and product problem-solving, inspecting parts, identifying failure modes, analyzing issues, and proposing practical improvements. You'll map and improve operational and assembly processes, develop SOPs, and collaborate on incoming quality checks. This role requires you to track defects, vendor issues, and drive corrective actions to closure. We seek individuals with 1-3 years of experience in operations, mechanical engineering support, manufacturing, or related fields, holding a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant technical discipline. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfort with physical products and operations, and the ability to read technical documentation are essential. A basic understanding of mechanical parts, manufacturing processes, and data analysis is required, along with proficiency in spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel for operational work are necessary.
