Syncarpha Capital is seeking a skilled Generative AI & LLM Engineer with 6-12 years of experience to design and build cutting-edge AI applications. This role involves working with Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and data engineering to create scalable, production-grade AI systems. You will be instrumental in developing GenAI-powered solutions, managing data pipelines (ETL/ELT), and architecting microservices. The role begins with an initial 3-month period in Chennai, India, followed by a relocation to Japan.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-powered applications. * Build and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data models. * Architect scalable systems utilizing microservices patterns. * Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM integrations. * Develop backend systems using Python. * Collaborate with frontend teams using React.js and TailwindCSS. * Deploy and maintain production-grade machine learning systems.
**Required Skills:** * Proven experience in Generative AI and Applied LLMs. * Strong foundation in Machine Learning. * Expertise in Python, Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT), and Data Modeling. * Experience with Microservices Architecture. * Familiarity with React.js and TailwindCSS. * Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace), Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
**Ideal Candidate Profile:** * 6-12 years of relevant engineering experience. * Demonstrated experience with LLM/GenAI projects. * Willingness to relocate to Japan after an initial assignment in Chennai, India.
