tech5sages global private limited is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our Bengaluru / Bangalore, Karnataka office. This hybrid role (3 Days WFO) requires 7+ years of experience and offers a contract employment type with a budget up to 20 LPA.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Salesforce applications. This includes building and optimizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), configuring and customizing Salesforce, and implementing complex data models. You will also develop scalable, reusable software components and participate in integration projects using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. A critical part of this role involves performing code refactoring, continuous improvements, and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design patterns, and security. You'll analyze business requirements, devise implementation strategies, and actively contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications. * Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling. * Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. * Develop scalable and reusable software components. * Conduct code refactoring and drive continuous improvement. * Apply best practices in coding, design patterns, and security. * Analyze business requirements and create implementation strategies. * Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
**Required Skills & Experience:** * 7+ years of strong Salesforce Development experience. * Expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components). * Strong experience in Salesforce Configuration & Customization. * Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (Mandatory). * Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). * Strong programming, logical problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Knowledge of Apex, OOP principles, and data modeling. * Experience with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and validation frameworks. * Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
