Accenture is seeking an experienced Engineering Services Lead in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will guide a team of engineers in developing and implementing technical engineering solutions to address complex problems and achieve business objectives. You will ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions within budget and to the required quality standards. This position involves working across various engineering specializations, including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical project management. You will be responsible for assembling resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.
Key responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and influencing/advisory skills, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams on key strategic decisions. You will be expected to provide solutions applicable across multiple teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration to optimize engineering processes, and mentor team members for professional growth and performance enhancement.
The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA V5, strong expertise in managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects (manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural), and experience in resource planning and allocation. The ability to analyze complex engineering problems, develop innovative solutions, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is crucial. Familiarity with configuration management and technical project management principles is also required.
Minimum 15 years of full-time education and 15 years of relevant experience are mandatory for this position.
