Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electromagnetic design and analysis for power transformers, utilizing advanced simulation tools and methods.
- Solve complex technical challenges in transformer magnetic design and contribute to external technology reviews.
- Provide technical leadership across R&D projects, from concept development to validation and troubleshooting.
- Generate, validate, and industrialize new electromagnetic concepts to enhance transformer performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Conduct feasibility studies, define technical solutions, and perform electromagnetic simulations.
- Document and communicate technical results through reports, specifications, and presentations.
- Support manufacturing and testing processes by providing expert guidance to resolve electromagnetic design and quality issues.
- Collaborate with global research teams, engineering departments, and technology centers.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of electromagnetic design tools.
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Support the organization's intellectual property strategy.
