Empenofore Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in CI/CD and GitOps to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing robust CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps. You will implement and manage GitOps workflows utilizing ArgoCD and Kustomize overlays, and automate security scanning processes, integrating results into Grafana dashboards. Your contributions will be vital in supporting release validation, troubleshooting pipelines, and collaborating with our Swiss team on tooling advancements and compliance initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with over 3 years of experience in DevSecOps, specifically focused on CI/CD, GitOps, and automation. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Kustomize, and Grafana is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python, along with YAML and JSON configuration, is required. A solid understanding of security scanning tools, Kubernetes deployment patterns, and digest validation is also expected. Crucially, you must have prior experience as a software developer, possessing a strong grasp of Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and application build lifecycles.
