Coreel Technologies is seeking a motivated Application Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka. In this role, you will provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, helping them resolve complex engineering challenges using ANSYS software. You'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance their productivity and satisfaction with ANSYS Mechanical products.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing customer issues, researching and implementing solutions for a wide range of problems, and delivering effective training on ANSYS Mechanical simulation products. You will be instrumental in owning the customer support experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and maintaining clear communication. This position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic engineering team.
