AlgoLeap is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana. This role requires expert-level full-stack development skills, encompassing UI, services, and databases. You will leverage your strong hands-on experience with React, .NET Core, Python, and PostgreSQL to build innovative solutions.
We are looking for a candidate proficient in setting up and maintaining robust testing frameworks, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) Testing. Practical experience with AI in IDEs like VS Code and Cursor is essential, along with knowledge of GenAI concepts such as Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, orchestration, and MCP.
This position also requires experience with AWS Cloud and Docker. The ideal candidate possesses an innovative mindset, a passion for technology, a strong sense of ownership, and excellent team player qualities, demonstrating results-orientation and strong collaboration skills.
**Nice to have skills:** Experience with Microservices and distributed systems, Observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing), CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and secure API design with modern authentication/authorization patterns. Experience building reusable accelerators, templates, or internal developer platforms is also a plus.
