digitalxnode is seeking a motivated Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi or Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting our production applications and solutions. You will leverage your AWS technologies expertise to monitor application KPIs, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive problem management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reporting on key metrics such as resolution time and ticket inflow, and identifying trends to implement proactive measures. We value innovation, so you will also contribute to operational efficiencies and enhancements that improve customer experience. Strong communication and written English skills are essential. A degree in Computer Science Engineering is required, and prior software development experience is a plus. We are looking for individuals with excellent coding skills, proofreading abilities, and strong teamwork capabilities, who can manage workload effectively.
