Scout It Out is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining core product features and modules, with a strong emphasis on high performance and scalability. You will collaborate closely with architects on low-level technical solutions and contribute to the technical roadmap. A key aspect of this position involves re-architecting and optimizing existing algorithms and implementations to achieve significant performance improvements. You will utilize simulations for testing and validating software functionality and performance, and conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback to uphold high code quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, fostering best software development practices within the team, and efficiently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues within established timelines. This role requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to sharing information across teams and departments (a client requirement for Scoutit).
