Scout It Out is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining core product features and modules with a focus on high performance and scalability. You will collaborate closely with architects to design and implement low-level technical solutions, contributing significantly to our technical roadmap. A key aspect of this position involves re-architecting and optimizing existing algorithms and implementations to achieve substantial performance improvements, utilizing simulations for rigorous testing and validation. You will also uphold high code quality standards through thorough code reviews and by providing constructive feedback. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and champion best software development practices across the team. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues within defined timelines. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and share information openly across teams and departments (a requirement of one of Scout It Out's clients).
