Staples India is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and customizing robust Salesforce solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. This position demands strong hands-on experience, effective communication, and the ability to deliver independently while fostering technical growth within a structured team environment.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to build solutions that align with business strategies and deliver value. You will develop and implement end-to-end solutions within Sales Cloud to support sales operations and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Following CI/CD and release management processes is crucial for ensuring safe and compliant deployments. You will also lead the development and maintenance of custom applications on the Salesforce platform and actively participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly within Sales Cloud. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration frameworks is essential. A deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Custom Objects, and Validation Rules, along with Salesforce data models and security, is required. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must, alongside proven experience in developing scalable enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is also expected.
