JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our Consumer and Community Banking team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will be a key member of an agile team responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive end-to-end performance testing solutions for critical technology applications. You will leverage your expertise with tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, Dynatrace, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications are scalable, reliable, and performant. Collaboration with development and operations teams is essential for optimizing application performance and implementing real-time monitoring. You will also gain experience with performance testing in containerized environments using Kubernetes and contribute to improving the reliability and repeatability of our performance testing practices. This role involves implementing deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, adhering to Agile methodologies, and proactively identifying areas for improvement in coding hygiene and system architecture. A strong understanding of software engineering concepts, performance testing tools, cloud computing (AWS), and scripting languages like Java and Python is required.
