ThoughtSpot is seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our Embedded Analytics team in Bengaluru. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, distributed backend systems that power our embedded analytics solutions. You will leverage your deep Java expertise and architectural vision to influence the foundational architecture of our platform, enhance developer experience through intuitive APIs and tools, and ensure seamless integration via SDKs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features. This role involves mentoring engineers, promoting best practices in design, testing, and CI/CD, and actively troubleshooting complex system issues to maintain high availability and performance. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and a passion for creating exceptional developer experiences.
