Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java Full Stack development and Generative AI. In this role, you will lead moderately complex technical initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and be responsible for the design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of projects. You will evaluate and resolve challenging technical issues, collaborate with peers and management, and provide guidance to junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in Java, REST APIs, Spring, Spring Boot, and SQL Server. Experience with SECDEVOPS, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot is required. A clear understanding of Generative AI and Agentic development, along with experience in banking technology domains such as settlement systems, secured finance, Repo, securities lending, and Prime Finance, is highly desired. You will implement technology solutions in a fast-paced, high-performing Agile environment, utilizing tools for Agile delivery and batch job scheduling systems like Autosys. This role requires independent work and the ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to complex problems.
