Join JPMorganChase as a Lead Software Engineer on the Employee Platforms team and drive innovation in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits. You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery execution, and technical oversight, crafting creative software solutions, and developing secure, high-quality production code. This role involves leading evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams, contributing to a culture of diversity and inclusion, and mentoring engineers.
We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, specifically in Compensation & Benefits, and 2+ years of leadership experience. Demonstrated success with Oracle Redwood implementations, Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) extensions, and a strong understanding of HCM REST APIs, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts are essential. Experience with SaaS/PaaS architectures and proven ability to reduce production defects through proactive design and testing are required. You will also manage Oracle release cycles, including impact and regression planning.
