Join JPMorgan Chase as a Senior PL/SQL Developer within our Enterprise Technology Data Protection & Recovery team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to an agile team focused on building, enhancing, and delivering secure, stable, and scalable technology products. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions, writing high-quality code with minimal guidance. Your responsibilities will include developing Oracle Database and PL/SQL solutions (functions, stored procedures, materialized views) and automating jobs. You'll architect enterprise data platforms, build advanced ETL pipelines integrating various data sources, and optimize database performance. You will also implement database DevOps using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, and practice agile methodologies. This role involves providing Level 2/3 production support for critical applications and platforms, and delivering across the full SDLC. You will work with diverse data sets, focusing on control, stability, resiliency, capacity, and performance, while maintaining awareness of risks and implementing mitigation strategies. You will participate in strategic planning and collaborate with product and engineering leads. Planning, managing, and implementing unit, SIT, and UAT testing, promoting best practices, performing code reviews, and driving quality improvements are also key aspects of this position.
