As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be a key individual contributor within our Engineering & Tech Operations team, focusing on building and operating complex, scalable, and secure solutions that impact millions of people and businesses daily.
In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance backend services and integration solutions, primarily using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Java. You'll champion API-led connectivity, designing and managing Experience, Process, and System APIs (REST/RAML/OAS). Your responsibilities will include writing robust backend code, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and serving as a technical mentor for junior engineers. You will design and implement cloud-native architectures, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure strict adherence to security protocols (OAuth2, mTLS, OIDC) and data governance standards.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Bengaluru office.
