Join JPMorgan Chase's CCB Home Lending Technology team in Hyderabad as a Lead Software Engineer and shape the future of market-leading technology products. You'll be a key technical contributor, enhancing, building, and delivering secure, stable, and scalable solutions across various business functions. This role involves executing creative software solutions, designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges with innovative approaches. You will write high-quality production code, review and debug others' work, and identify opportunities to automate and improve operational stability. You'll lead evaluations of new technologies and vendors, driving architectural discussions and assessing their suitability for our systems. You will also contribute to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team and lead communities of practice to promote the adoption of new technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Write and review production-ready code.
- Identify and automate opportunities for operational improvements.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and vendor solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Services, and React.
- Proven experience delivering scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency).
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts is beneficial.
