Join Matillion, a leader in intelligent data integration, as a Senior Software Engineer on our Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) team in Hyderabad. This role is for engineers who thrive on owning problems end-to-end. You will identify friction points in the developer lifecycle, design and build solutions, and operate them to improve the experience of software engineers across Matillion. This includes enhancing local development environments, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, and implementing self-service release processes. You will also drive the adoption of Generative AI and agentic tooling to boost developer productivity. We seek individuals with a strong software engineering and DevOps/SRE background, proficiency in Python, AWS, Docker, and Terraform, and experience with CI/CD tools.
