Razorpay's Corp Engineering team is building innovative internal tools and employee-facing products to enhance the daily experience of every Razorpay employee. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire product lifecycle, from understanding user needs to designing, developing, and deploying solutions. You will act as a PM, frontend, and backend engineer, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to create impactful products. Embrace an AI-native approach, leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows as core development tools, not just experiments. Ship fast, receive immediate feedback, and drive progress independently in a lean, high-impact environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and own end-to-end internal employee platforms, including HR self-service, onboarding, people directories, AI-assisted query resolution, and manager tools.
- Build purpose-built interview environments for candidates.
- Create performance management tools for goal setting, reviews, and manager enablement.
- Engineer a robust internal search experience for non-code related information.
- Develop employee experience products such as onboarding workflows and HR self-service tools.
- Utilize LLMs and agentic tools daily for coding, debugging, and shipping.
- Ensure secure coding practices and data access controls for sensitive employee data.
**Qualifications:**
- 4-7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in frontend development (e.g., React/Next.js) and backend development (e.g., Python/Django, Ruby/Ruby on Rails).
- Proven experience shipping products end-to-end, from user interaction to production.
- Strong product instinct and ability to define solutions based on stakeholder needs.
- AI-native mindset with daily use of LLMs and agentic tools.
- Awareness of secure coding practices and data security.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), caching (Redis), messaging queues, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
